Our story

A workshop-floor view of the whole operation

Nicdox was founded in 2023 by Nana Adu Tutu Poku, a mechanical engineer who had seen the same problem from every side of Ghana's mining sector: operators forced to stitch together a different supplier for each part of the job — one to mine, another to maintain the plant, a third to chase down parts — and losing production every time one of them fell short.

He built Nicdox to be the single partner he wished those operators had: an engineering-led company that brings technical expertise, heavy equipment, and logistics together under one roof, accountable for the result rather than one slice of it.
